Hello everyone,
Was hoping for a few ideas on the title problem. I picked up an older Seiko AGS (kinetic) for cheap that was in need of some love from a popular auction site, and it has an interesting problem with the minute hand (among some other issues that should be fixable).
It almost looks like a factory error when it was (presumably) stamped. Excuse me if I don't know all the right terms, but the "cylinder" formed around the hole as the metal is rolled down a bit is not…
