Here are my film cameras from L to R; Nikon FM2n, Canon EOS 1V, Fujifilm GW690II and a Canon Sure Shot Supreme.
There are a few examples of the film I use. The only medium format is the GW690II. I always use a tripod and remote shutter release.
The GW690II, Nikon FM2n are both all mechanical cameras. Technically the FM2n has exposure metering other than that its all mechanical. However, I refuse to use it in favor of my Sekonic L-358 or L-208 meters.
