FedEx has to be the worst service of all time. Every time I have a package out for delivery with signature requirement, they don’t attempt to deliver the package. Instead, they mark it as delivery attempted without ever showing up. They are required to add photographic proof that they attempted, and their attempt photos are just a picture of the front of the package. What a joke.
every time I call for assistance, I’m sent to an offshore call center that has no contact with anyone in the US…
