What is your favorite movement?
And why is it your favorite movement?
Lately, I have been kind of fascinated by movements that are NOT simply Swiss lever escapements. Although, as far movements with Swiss lever escapements go, Arnold & Son's A&S5219 movement definitely deserves honorable mention… a double-barrel, constant force tourbillion with dead-beat seconds. Truly a phenomenal caliber.
