Sorry I am venting here a little…
Wife bought the Explorer 214270 39mm about 7 years ago as a gift. With my pathetic 6.0 inch wrist, that was probably the best choice of Rolex to me back then. I eager for an Expl, and loved the 39mm, until, I am so thrilled to see the 36mm Expl. became an option again, with a modern touch, proper lume on 3, 6 and 9, etc. It became the gospel to small wrists.
But my wife banned me from trading in the 39mm. She said that was a gift with sentimental values…
