Sorry for the long post. I'm ranting.
I took my father's Omega Constellation Ref. 1961070 in yellow gold that he bought in the 1980s and has since passed down to me to the local Omega boutique, 5 minutes from my home.
I requested a battery change, replacement of gaskets if possible, and lubrication of the quartz movement. They claimed the watchmaker in the Omega boutique (who can service a Cal 8800) can't even replace the battery.
They sent it to the GCC's (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait…
