Good afternoon, so having taken my Certina Jubile (circa 1988) to have it's gaskets replaced, and a new battery fitted, I find it is running around 1 second fast per day. I decided to have a quick look inside the case to be certain of the movement type, and it is a 955.112. So this raises a few questions.
1. Could the new battery be the cause of the acceleration, is it likely to settle down?
2. Can these actually be regulated? I have read online it is possible to regulate the 955 by…
