Bought a new blue dial Ecozilla direct from Citizen. Love it but when I lightly tap the bezel it makes a tinny, metallic noise. Like it has play somewhere. Very cheap and nasty sounding.
There was a small amount of vertical movement but I believe that's intentional so you have to have some meaningful pressure to spin it. And applying the pressure doesn't make the noise.
The dial, chapter ring and second hand were out of alignment too. The dial wasn't even sitting straight.
