I ordered a 300T directly from Doxa this past July. I had a question about the warranty card and sent them a message through their website and they replied the very next day.
I ended up purchasing the watch. When resizing the bracelet, I messed up 4 of the slotted screw heads.
I’ve always resized my bracelets (Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Seiko, Bulova, a few other brands) and never have I had screws this tight before and also this small before.
