Do WBAC deal with dead people?

I had a shock on Sunday – one of my drinking buddies was taken to hospital with chest pains – 2 hours later he was dead.
His widow has asked me to dispose of the family car – a fairly new Dacia Duster.
My thoughts are – first step get a quote from WBAC and take it from there, but will I have problems with it not being my car?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
