Do some ebay sellers use ChatGP/any other AI chat to fill contents of their add?

Have you noticed lately some adds are filled with pompous description of how it will add to any collection, fine craftmanship etc. with no actual info on the watch while some indeed describe watch as seen in picture in terms of functionality but again in some unnatural way.
I get strong feeling it AI doing and it also bother because usually they skip part of is it working.
