I have 3 autos with screw down crowns – ,nice watches which I never intentionally want to swim with or even take into the shower. So do I have to screw down the crown after each time I set them? I don't wear them all the time so need to set them each time I do. Being expensive (for me) watches, I slightly worry, most probably unnecessarily about wearing out the crown tube and/or cross threading and damaging it.
