I’ve thought significantly about whether to post this. I had a very positive interaction with Casa Fagliano up until I received their bespoke strap for my JLC reverso.
But the strap I received is hardly consistent with the glowing reviews I’ve read about their craftsmanship. The holes in the strap – which was expensive and took quite some time to arrive – were completely misaligned.
I asked watch people and non watch people to look at the strap. They all identified the problem…
