So it looks like the watch I ordered from Sakura did get shipped via DHL Express and is now being held for US Customs. They sent me a link to this site where I assumed I would have to fill out a form, but I'm not seeing a link to it.
When I click "submit information" I get this:
Is there a worksheet I need to get from somewhere or do I just plug the case/movement/bracelet values in the text box?
