Please take a look at this photo of my CW Bel Canto:
Notice the cloudy splotches near the specular reflection of the light. The entire crystal is covered in similar splotches (hard to see unless the light is just right). They do not come off with a microfiber cloth or with GENTLE soap and water (carefully applied).
Have you seen something like this before? It seems to me to be a problem in the coating on the exterior of the crystal. If I gently rub it…
