I won 10$ watch from Germany. Just for fun.
It suppose to be Deutsche Post but apparently it DHL.
Now DHL comes to me and asks for payment of import fees and their fees.
Back and forth started with why fees vastly exceed price of the item and where it coming from.
DHL did not present any explanation and only after contacting customer support they spilled the beans.
Apparently i bought something for 538 GBP. Right from Germany….
They admitted mistake and got back with 35 USD.
