Current State of Omega Service Centers

Hello all, its been a while. I took a break from most of my watches and have been getting back to them lately.

I have a 2500 Planet Ocean and an 8500 Planet Ocean that need servicing. Has anyone had recent service? How is the quality and what's the turn around these days?

I tried googling but couldn't find where to submit for service. In the past I was able to mail directly to the service center. Also had my local AD send it in. I could always ask them to do it.
