I'm trying to identify this watch, maker and model. I took it a local jeweler and he couldn't/wouldn't open it to put a new battery in. It belonged to my Father and I'd like to gift it to my nephew since he carries the family name. but before I hand it off I thought it would be nice to have it running and get some idea of value. I see 589 engraved at the very bottom, is that a style number? I'm only assuming it's an Omega through other internet searches I've done for CCC retirement watch…
