Citizen HAQ – why only 40mm models have lume?

Just wondering what do you all think about Citizen's decision here? Within the current line-up, only the 40mm models with crown guards have lume while none of the smaller ones do. I understand the aforementioned 40mm models are meant to be 'sportier' while the smaller ones are "dressier". But surely there would be demand for 37mm models made in a sportier style with lume (for folks with smaller wrists)? It seems like a missed opportunity.
