Chapter ring manufacture – Any ideas?

I’ve a long going watch project to fit a GMT movement into a Seiko SPORK. I won’t bore you all with the ins and outs but it got a whole Hell of a lot easier when Seiko released their new GMT movement. The only thing I need to sort is a custom made chapter ring with an engraved 24 HR scale on it (in the style of the Rolex DSSD). I’ll probably back fill the engraving with black lume.

Does anyone know of a firm that can knock one up for me?
