Changing click spring from unidirectional to bidirectional?

I have an Omega Seamaster Spectre, which has the awesome 12 hr GMT bezel, PLUS a bidirectional click spring. I didn't realize I loved the ability to set the bezel both ways! Is that a modification that can be made to other watch bezels to go from unidirectional to bidirectional?
