My beloved grail/milestone Aqua Terra is due for a service. I bought it in 2019 and recently received a fat tax refund so I figured it's time.
Spoke to my local Omega service guy and he was very friendly and helpful. He explained that I could bring it in and be put on a list, as they have quite a backlog of service repairs. II'm guessing he was the manager as he seemed both knowledgeable and professional.
