I just purchased a Reverso with the black alligator leather strap due to AD availability, but I would have preferred the version with the brown Casa Fagliano strap if available. When I went to purchase that strap separately through the JLC website, they warned me that the strap sold separately is calf leather “designed by Casa Fagliano,” but not actually the same strap.
