Hi guys! I finished servicing a Bulova 10BPAC a few days ago, and I have had issues with this mainspring since I first started putting it back together. I guess there’s too much friction in the barrel (used Moebius 8217 for braking grease), and it’s causing the parts for hand-winding it to strip. Anything I do to it doesn’t work or fix the issue. Will a modern replacement mainspring help with this? Where can I find one? Thanks!
