Sent my A17360 in for service in the UK. Have just had a call saying that my watch needs a new crown and crown stem (which I expected as it was pretty difficult to get screwed in and has been since my wife bought it for me a year or so ago), but they’ve also advised the watch needs a new middle case as it’s “damaged”. They have marked this as a compulsory repair (so I guess they won’t service the watch without going through this repair)?
