Brand new, never sized. Full bracelet. Comes with gray Citizen box and seller warranty card. No issues with the watch, just clearing out some of the watches I haven't worn. Heckuva lot of watch for the money. Winds nice and smoothly, bezel has a nice, tactile feel IMO. Sapphire crystal, 200m WR, 8204 automatic movement (reliable workhorse), and a very nice and solid clasp. Wears more like 42mm vs the 44mm spec. Great watch that you won't be afraid to dive or wear in the wild.
