I have few Seiko models with the exact same dial (photo not mine, but it's the exact same model and dial):
The dial is very shiny and reflective and has this top to bottom brushed look.
There are quite a lot of dust and debris under the glass, so i took the movement out of the case and tried blowing on it with a dust blower and using rodico to remove chunky debris. I THINK rodico might be leaving light smudges, i am not quite sure. What would be the…
