Last September I dropped my Glashutte Original off at Swatch group in NJ for servicing. A few months go by and I hear nothing. I send some emails about an update with no response. I called at some point and get a call back from a supervisor who apologized profusely that the watch was “stuck” in Miami and had somehow gotten lost in the shuffle. He said they would cover the service cost and work with Germany to try to expedite it.
