Quick adjust clasps allow you to tighten or loosen your bracelet on the fly, without tools. Ideally they do so without requiring you take the watch off, my Citizen PMD56-2952 has this style clasp and it’s the best functioning clasp I’ve seen at any price point. Even the $8000 Submariner requires taking the watch off to adjust the clasp.
