What is the best way to verify a watch is authentic? Specifically I am looking at rolex submariner that someone inherited and wants to sell. I've never bought a used watch from an individual so I don't know what the best route is? Can any jeweler authenticate it? Can a Rolex AD?
Any guidance is appreciated.
