Many continue to share the idea that AD's are sitting on endless inventory in an effort to create artificial scarcity.
Let's do a little math.
Rolex produced roughly 1 M watches last year.
There are currently around 1,800 Authorized Dealers in the world.
That averages out to 555 watches per location, which is on par with what dealers I've spoken to claim.
This is only enough to sell 1.5 watches per day, or 10 to 11 watches per week.
While there's no doubt dealers are going to hold back…
