AP ROO Chrono calibre 3126

May I seek for some opinions here. Thanks in advance.

I recently just bought an AP ROO Chrono 26405ce with calibre 3126 which is around 10 years old

I just noticed that the rotor of the watch as attached show some signs of scratches and the edge also has some golden color. I wonder if that is normal for an old watch with this age? Is this the normal wear and tear?
