#Any ideas for homemade strap keepers? I’m trying small black zip ties.

So many strap keepers have failed and they seem like something that could be homemade.
I picked up some flat black zip ties.
They work but are somewhat awkward.

No one sees the underside of my wrist.
Any other options for this?
