Hey there,
I recently ordered a Benrus DTU-2A/P. The watch fit and finish is really wonderful, and I love just about everything about it––except its timekeeping.
In the time I have owned this watch it has run at around +36 Spd. I reached out to Benrus to see what they could do for me. I expected they would say to send it to them for regulation at their warranty authorized watch repair shop in NYC. This was the response that I got:
