Saw this on Wrist Action on YouTube, he did an instructional video on how to modify the pcb to enable flash alarm on the AE1200. It involves soldering a jumper together, looks fairly easy if you have a soldering iron (or conductive paint pen). I think when I finally get around to doing an SKXMOD conversion on my AE1200 I'll do the flash mod and put a new battery in it at the same time.
