I have recently bought a Scurfa Dive One in titanium. The watch has drilled lugs. I didn’t like the strap so bought a Scurfa titanium bracelet to replace it with. I couldn’t get the strap off so I took the watch to the jewellers. It was a quick job for them as they had a tool to make it easy. I wanted to put the bracelet on myself, but I am having no luck.
The end links are a friction fit between the lugs. The Scurfa pins need a fair bit of pressure to deprees the ends in. I have manged that with a couple of thin spudgers, but I have then run out of hands and can’t push the end links into the lug gap. Is there a special technique, or more likely a special tool that will make the job easier?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
