It's never easy when father time catches up with us as it did last week for my stepfather, who passed away after 93 well-lived years. He was a good man, mostly, who served his county in the Army then leaned on the GI bill through college and medical school to then serve his community as a physician. He was not a particularly savvy watch collector or WIS by any stretch but in 1985, he picked up his forever watch at a little jewelry store outside of Vail, Colorado and wore it nearly every day…
