It's a 英雄 (Yingxiong) from Hangzhou Watch Factory. My colleague Zhang showed it to me and I couldn't resist buying it. I was looking forward to a watch from this brand, I'd seen them with both ST5 from Tianjin and SB5 from Beijing.
