The watch is a PAM 183 hand-wound watch. I am able to wind the watch however when I go to set the time the stem will pull completely out of the movement.

Sent watch to respectable repair shop in NYC; was charged for a full service and cleaning and watch was sent back to me with the same problem…
Sent watch back to same repair shop and they charged me to replace the stem and crown…
