I have the opportunity to make an offer on a early 90’s (I think) Tag.
It was recently found in a store filing cabinet and it is believed to have been there for 22 years.
History unknown, it isn’t ticking, no box, a few marks. However I do quite like it.
What do we think a fair bid is?
