I already own the Duro MDV106 with the Marlin logo, and just got the new 107 metal strap version. Here are a few thoughts:
1) Casio UK customer support confirmed that the 107 was created for the non-US market because licensing issues with the marlin logo.
2) Text at the 6 o'clock position: Marlin logo (US market only); "WR 200M" (107 with metal strap); "WATER RESIST 20 BAR" (107 with resin strap). Metal strap looks and feels cheap. Resin strap is typical Casio. It has a nice aesthetic…
