Unknown movement from 1930s or 1940s – probably American – any ideas?

I have a watch movements from the 1930s or 1940s which I have struggled to identify by image lookup and using 17jewels. Does anyone recognise it?

The unmarked movement is branded Kelton on its dial which makes it either a Timex or probably a United States Time Corporation.

Any suggestions appreciated.
