New Lenses for RayBan Aviators

With my eye sight now deteriorating I’m no longer able to use my trusty Aviators. As I’ve just today purchased 3 new pairs of normal glasses from Vision Express, they have said they can re-lense the aviators for £70 as I’m entitled to 50% off (obviously original price would have been £140). That’s for their polarised lenses, so no Rayban logo on the lenses. I’m in 2 minds whether to just bite the bullet and buy a new prescription pair with the 50% off and give these to my son, or get then re-lensed.

Has anyone else gone through having old frames re-lensed and if so where and roughly at what cost? I must admit the original price of £140 (which was £70 for the lenses and £70 to fit them) startled me slightly. I see several companies on-line will send out replacement lenses but I’m slightly sceptical.
