It looks like Tissot, at least at one point, offered a COSC certified quartz watch. Their website when listing their quartz watches just seems to show "Swiss quartz" and doesn't say much more about the movement. Is the Gentleman Sport COSC certified? Or did they drop the HAQ thing?
