Original Omega Bracelet or leather strap 135.016.Tool 105

Hey everyone,

I’m about to buy an Omega Seamaster Cosmic Ref. 135.016, and I noticed it has a leather strap. I’ve heard that the "Tool 105" in the reference number means it originally came with a metal bracelet. Is that true?

If so, does that affect the value or authenticity of the watch if it’s now on a leather strap? I want to make sure I’m getting a good deal and not missing something important. Any advice would be appreciated!
