I ordered an Ollech and Wajs OW C-1000 A numbered edition from them directly.
Communication was great on the deposit and follow-up payment. Along with selecting a specific numbered edition.
But I have heard nothing the past 2 months after multiple emails and messages.
Is this normal business for them or has something occurred?
This will likely be the last watch I purchase from them if they habitually ghost customers like this.
Any input before I have my payments processor reverse…
