Diver for Military training and daily beater. CWC or Seiko?

I’m looking for a hassle-free watch for everyday use, which could also handle reserve military training and other demanding conditions.

I’ve narrowed it down to either the CWC RN Quartz Divers Watch MK.2, Matte Top (RN300-MT QS120) or the new Seiko Prospex Solar Divers SNE597P1.
