Without any backstory, I need to make a GMT hand to work as a minute hand on a NH35 movement. I think my plan is to cut the hand off a minute hand ring but leaving a slight bit on the ring, then cut the ring off the GMT hand and cement it onto the stub remaining on the minute hand. Anyone see any major problems or have any recommendations? Thanks
