I purchased this 989.113N in the mid 90’s off a customer who liked his diving.
I shared a photo on a group (not a Tag Heuer group) about 6 or 7 years ago and I was told this watch was not right as it should have had a black bezel.
I put it in a drawer and forgot about it until last week my mate has a jewellers and I took 7 Tag Heuers to get new batteries fitted.
He said ohh I like that watch it’s got a good look.
So I thought stuff it I’ll wear it so what if the bezel ain’t right.

We Friday evening while shopping a guy says to me at M&S check out “I’ve been after that variation of that night diver, if you want to sell it here is my number”
Well I did a search and a few more watches with this bezel are out there.
So is this the original Bezel? I’m still in contact with the guy I purchased it from back in the 90’s he swears it was serviced twice by Tag Heuer seals and batteries only.
It cost me £75 so I ain’t grumbling either way.
TBH I don’t think I would sell it either.
