Good morning everyone. We moved into a new build house a couple of years ago in North lincs and the water is very hard. We’re getting alot of limescale build up on taps etc and I’m thinking about a full house filter system to help reduce limescale and hopefully to make our water taste a little better as the wife is starting to complain and I don’t want to start buying in bottled water.
Ideally it would go under the kitchen sink after the stop cock (childish giggle). The builders have fitted one of those small inline tube ones but from what I can see it’s not working well / at all. I don’t want to go down the route of a water softener.
I’m wondering if anyone has any experience / recommendations please as it all seems a bit of minefield. Thanks.
